<p>Company : Dplus IntertradeLocation : at HQ Rama 3Position : Project Manager</p><p></p><p>Salary Range : 60k - 150k</p><p></p><p></p><p>Project manager -PM Salary : 60k 150k HQ Rama3 ต้องเคยคุมทีม มาก่อน Management team 10 peoples มาทำเกี่ยว DPLUS product คนมีประสบการณ์ 4 years ขึ้นไป คือการเริ่มต้นอาจจะเคยเป็น software development experience or developer มาก่อนแล้วก็เติบโตขึ้นมาเป็นทีมหลีดหรือว่าเมเนเจอร์ก็ได้ อายุ age 40 years หรือ43 ไม่เกินนี้ก่อน </p><p>*ไม่ได้เน้นว่าทำ produces or brands ไหนมาก่อน เพราะเค้าหลักๆจะให้เข้ามาดู แบรนด์ภาพรวม products ของ DPLUS </p><p>English ไม่เน้น เพราะลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่คือ คนไทย ขั้นตอนสัมภาษณ์ไม่ต้องทำเทส Prescreen phone +Online or onsite </p><p></p><p>Job Description</p><p></p><p>- ตำแหน่งนี้ ไม่ต้องทำ test coding ค่ะ แต่ทำ logic test นะคะ</p><p></p><p><strong>● Plan, oversee, and manage internal IT projects from initiation through successful completion.</strong></p><p>● Define and control project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure alignment withorganizational objectives.</p><p>● Coordinate closely with management, Developers, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, andrelevant departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet businessrequirements.</p><p>● Ensure development quality standards are maintained in accordance with SDLC bestpractices.</p><p>● Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed according to plan andestablished standards.</p><p>● Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and keystakeholders.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or a related field.</p><p><strong>● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT project management.</strong></p><p><strong>● Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, orWaterfall.</strong></p><p>● Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, orMS Project.</p><p>● Strong planning, time management, and systematic problem-solving skills.</p><p>● Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.</p><p>● Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master will be consideredan advantage.</p><p></p><p>Personal Skills:</p><p>● Leadership skills</p><p>● Strong communication skills</p><p>● Detail-oriented</p><p>● Energetic</p><p>● Proactive</p><p>● Highly agile with a hands-on approach</p><p><strong>Tools :</strong> <strong>Agile, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or MS Project</strong></p>
