I'm a founder and project leader with 8+ years building products and running businesses from the ground up. I've started two companies and delivered 20+ web and mobile projects from planning to launch. At my software agency, I led a team of 18 and generated around $130K in annual revenue. As co-founder of a cross-border medical-beauty platform, I grew monthly revenue ~3.5x, signed 150+ partner clinics, and drove the company to a successful exit. Along the way I've handled almost every part of a business — design, development, marketing, sales, and team management. My strength is connecting the dots others keep separate: I turn business goals into real, shipped results, organizing the right people and tools to get there. I've worked across Korea, Japan, and Thailand, with a solid grasp of the US and European markets. I'm currently based in Bangkok, where I'm settling long-term.
