About the company
We provide outsourced contact center services to the largest multinational companies in the finance, telecommunications, e-commerce, social media, and IT sectors. Our range of services includes back office, support, customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Japan, and Spain. Our Teledirect Thailand contact center now employs more than 1000. To aid our further expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Bangkok Office.
