<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p>● Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and own the GTM plan for new product launches</p><p></p><p>(from Japan and SEA collections), feature rollouts, and key initiatives—ensuring</p><p></p><p>alignment across teams.</p><p></p><p>● End-to-End Rollout Management: Lead GTM plan development,</p><p></p><p>implementation, and management at both SEA and Thailand market levels.</p><p></p><p>● Understand OWNDAYS' product range and define optimal launch strategies with</p><p></p><p>clear timing, touchpoints, and deliverables.</p><p></p><p>● Market Intelligence: Analyze the competitive landscape, customer preferences,</p><p></p><p>and trends to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into localized</p><p></p><p>GTM strategies.</p><p></p><p>● Positioning & Messaging: Turn product features into compelling customer</p><p></p><p>benefits, collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine messaging</p><p></p><p>frameworks.</p><p></p><p>● Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key liaison among product,</p><p></p><p>marketing, sales, support, and operations teams for GTM execution.</p><p></p><p>● Launch Management: Manage launch timelines, deliverables, and post-launch</p><p></p><p>evaluations.</p><p></p><p>● Sales Enablement: Provide retail and customer-facing teams with the necessary</p><p></p><p>tools, content, and training for effective product promotion.</p><p></p><p>● Performance Tracking: Define KPIs for launches, measure results, and optimize</p><p></p><p>GTM plans accordingly.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><p>● 6–8 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, trade marketing, or</p><p></p><p>product strategy roles within the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry.</p><p></p><p>● Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and B2C product launch</p><p></p><p>experience.</p><p></p><p>● Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.</p><p></p><p>● Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing</p><p></p><p>teams.</p><p></p><p>● Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.</p><p></p><p>● Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.</p>
