IT Business Administrator

<p>Must-have experience:</p><p>• Customer-facing presales/solution work</p><p>• Architecture &amp; design with clear technical documentation (diagrams, runbooks</p><p>• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT solution development, infrastructure design, or enterprise system integration</p><p>• ands-on experience in implementing Cloud / IT Infra, digital workplace tools, or managed services solutions.</p><p>• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable IT solutions that align with business needs and improve operational efficiency</p><p><strong>• AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, M365, SaaS, Palo Alto, Prisma Access, Zscaler</strong>**Prefer experience from Product Manager &amp; Product Engineer</p>

<p><strong>• 2-5 Years s working experience delivering technical networking design &amp; implementation of solutions to customers</strong></p><p>• Have experiences of completing low level and high-level designs, following full technical pre-sales and project life cycle</p><p>• Be able to design of system, networking, security and managed service solutions with a high level of accuracy. This includes defining solution hardware, licenses, professional services budgets and services. The related products/services relate system, networking and security such as virtualize machine technology, enterprise backup solutions, Microsoft services, firewall technologies, next generation firewall technologies, endpoint security platform.</p><p><strong>• Familiar with enterprise products such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure)</strong></p><p>• Understand security conceptual such as Zero Trust, SASE, Could Security, Security for IoT/OT</p>
