Establish and implement IT policies in alignment with the company’s overall direction. 2. Define standards for all computer systems, including Hardware (Server, Network) and Security.</strong> 3. Research emerging technologies and apply them to improve and enhance organizational systems. 4. Manage and control both operating and capital budgets related to all IT functions within the organization. 5. Plan and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and knowledge. 6. Oversee and optimize IT department workflows for maximum efficiency. 7. Manage IT projects to ensure effective and timely delivery. 8. Manage and control all company IT assets. 9. Implement corporate energy management policies for computer users within the organization. 10. Ensure compliance with Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18004), and Quality Management System (ISO 9001).</p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>● Age 40 years old</strong></p><p>● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields</p><p><strong>● Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management and/or Helpdesk support</strong></p><p>● Knowledge of Server systems (MS Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012)</p><p>● Knowledge of basic software systems (MS Windows 8, 7, XP; MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)</p><p>● In-depth knowledge of Network systems (LAN, WAN)</p><p>● Strong knowledge of Hardware and Software systems</p><p>● Strong troubleshooting skills for computer equipment (PC, Notebook, Printer)</p><p>● Knowledge of CCTV system design and installation planning</p><p>● Knowledge of IP Phone system design and installation planning (optional)</p><p>● Understanding of Quality, Energy, Environmental, and Safety management systems</p><p></p><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><p>● Leadership skills</p><p>● Strong communication skills</p><p>● Detail-oriented</p><p>● Determined</p><p>● Patient</p><p>● Multitasking skills</p><p></p><p><strong>Keyword</strong></p><p>Security : (SIEM, ISO-9001, ISO27001)</p><p>Server : (VMware) OS: ( Windows Server ,linux , Domain ,GPO)</p><p>Network : (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN, palo alto, Microtik)</p><p>Cloud Infrastructure : (AWS, GCP)</p>
