Quality Management Representative Manager (QMR)

<p>- To approve Site Master File, Validation Master Plan, Quality Manual.</p><p>- To approve R&amp;D formulation and process information card.</p><p>- To approve or reject starting materials, labels, packaging materials, and intermediate, bulk and finished products.</p><p>- To reviewing and approve batch production, master documents.</p><p>- To approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other related procedures impacting the quality of materials/products.</p><p>- To ensure that the appropriate validations are done; to review and approve validation protocol, reports and records.</p><p>- To approve and monitor suppliers of materials.</p><p>- To approve changes that will influence or with potential impact to the product quality.</p><p>- To approve all specifications and master production instructions.</p><p>- To make sure all deviations and OOS are investigated and resolved.</p><p>- To investigate for the customer complaints, found remedy solutions, corrective actions and preventative actions in a timely and accurate manner.</p><p>- To investigate and approve for the re-processing.</p><p>- To perform final approve for the product quality reviews.</p><p>-To ensure the completion of the product stability testing and provide the data of the stability testing.</p><p>- To ensure the internal audit are performed.</p><p>- To approve and monitor any contract manufacture, contract analysis and GMP, ISO9001/22000 , HACCP , Halal , Pet supplement technical agreements.</p><p>- To review and approve the recall activity, approve return.</p><p>- To ensure that materials are appropriately tested and results are reported.</p><p>- To ensure the quality staff are trained and the GMP , ISO9001/22000 , HACCP , Halal , Pet supplement training for all staff.</p><p>- To monitor of compliance with the requirements of GMP, ISO9001/22000 , HACCP , Halal , Pet supplement , related regulations and customer.</p><p>- In the event of Senior Quality manager is not available, QA Supervisor Manager be his or her backup.</p>
