Key Responsibilities</p><p>● Back-end: Design and develop high-speed, scalable APIs using Golang.</p><p>● Front-end: Build responsive UI/UX using Vue.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.</p><p>● Data & Cloud: Manage MongoDB databases and deploy/manage systems on</p><p>GCP (including CI/CD pipelines).</p><p>● Leadership: Lead code reviews, optimize performance, and collaborate on</p><p>solution design with PO/PM.</p><p>2. Qualifications</p><p>● Minimum 5 years of Full-Stack Development experience. Bachelor’s degree in a</p><p>related field.</p><p>● Expert proficiency in Golang, Vue.js, MongoDB, and practical experience with</p><p>GCP.</p><p>● Strong understanding of API design (RESTful/gRPC) and containerization</p><p>(Docker/Kubernetes).</p><p>● Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work within a team.</p><p>3. Nice to Have</p><p>● Experience developing or maintaining SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms.</p><p>● Experience with GCP Serverless technologies.</p><p>● Knowledge of advanced Observability practices, including structured logging,</p><p>distributed tracing, and setting up alerting/monitoring dashboards.</p><p>● Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.</p><p>● Knowledge of application Security Best Practices.</p><p>4. Teamwork & Leadership</p><p>● Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to deliver</p><p>high-quality work.</p><p>● Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.</p><p>● Utilize ClickUp for task planning and prioritizing, and analyze/resolve production</p><p>issues.</p><p>5.
