<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for factory issues and effectively coordinate with suppliers for countermeasure report (Corrective action and Preventive action), replacement parts and cost reimbursement.</p></li><li><p>Monitor problem improvement from supplier and control process changes as requirement with supplier and cooperate with customer for manage quality of part and initial shipment of changing.</p></li><li><p>Support quality requirement to customer and manage supplier for quality document concerned such as Special Characteristics and any compliance control.</p></li><li><p>Make action plan for continuous improvement as well as supplier control, supplier audit and supplier evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Support data and summary report to supervisor.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology or any related field.</p></li><li><p>At least 1 year experience in quality field in automotive industry is required.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge in motorcycle parts, manufacturing, Quality System, QC Tools for analysis.</p></li><li><p>Good command in English.</p></li><li><p>Basic Computer by MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point / Data & Analysis by Excel (Pivot), BI, Dashboard / Digital Communication Collaboration by MS Teams</p></li><li><p>Outward mindset, Challenges to learn and grow, Negotiation and a creative, Self-initiate and able to work under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Good team collaboration, adaptability skill and able to travel for overseas trip.</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Competencies of the position</strong></p><ul><li><p>Good knowledge in motorcycle parts, manufacturing, Quality System, QC Tools for analysis.</p></li><li><p>Good command in English.</p></li></ul>
